Ihop - Gretna

We went early this morning and were the only people in place. The hostess sat and disappeared and we never saw another person. After 15 minutes we can see if we could find someone. We could hear the staff laughing in the kitchen, but couldn't see anyone, so we realized they didn't care about our business and went. Not like any IHop I've ever done.

I love the service. The servers are friendly and polite and take care of the customers. However, the building really needs an overhaul. There is a strange smell, it is not appetizing and the seats are worn, the tables are discolored. I think these ladies and gentlemen deserve a better building. The only reason for the four stars and not five is because of the building. The crew at the IHOP in Gretna Louisiana from the Oakwood Center keeps up the great work.

I asked for cucumbers, bacon and cheese with mayonnaise. My Burger was dry without season

It had to be said ??? Mss Madam Manager) Is sur Running a great business in this location. Great Joyful service reflects on how great of a team they are. someone does not need to meet the kitchen staff to know they are a great team back there, Food was hot, Rich in flavor and got to us in a great time. Our Server Deborah , dedicated her time to know our three different personalities not many will care for this detail) She understood my husband?s broken english as we are hispanic, My Autistic 22yr old Son ??? is a plus for us. And we?ll what can I say about me, Happy family, Happy Momma. God bless this business . We will pray for great spirit people come and apply, to join this business team) and keep the running as they are. Safety and cleanness is implemented in this location. The food was really good but the service was okay. The waitress we had, she had to sit us down because the host passed us like 5 times and nothing. Even other servers just looked at us and didn't even sit us.
