Reviews summary
Patrons of this restaurant have encountered varying experiences, with service quality and food flavors being major highlights. While many appreciated the attentive staff, some faced delays and miscommunications with orders, leading to longer waits despite low occupancy. Menu favorites included the grilled shrimp, crab Rangoons, and steak, though several dishes, such as calamari and certain scallops, fell short of expectations. Overall, the establishment shows promise, particularly with its friendly service and standout dishes, but consistency in food quality and service efficiency remains a challenge. Many diners expressed a willingness to return for another visit.
Was Anonym at Red Lobster a mag?
Valentines Dinner with my love was made very special by Maggie G. as our waitress. She was VERY helpful, professional and good hearted as well as being an outstanding waitress. She took our orders then came back a little while later with a Lobster Dip on the house that she said another customer changed their mind on and she didn 't want to throw it away so it came our way...for free! What a sweetheart in making this... View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Red Lobster:
Food was good! But I ordered a choclate wave desert to go for $11:99 and the size was a tiny little peace. Last time I ordered the same thing it was double the size. When you spend that much on a peace of chocolate cake give a decent portion size. View all feedback.

The food quality was amazing! I cannot express how grateful we are for Red Lobster hosting my wife’s birthday with a party of 11. Each plate was hot, cooked to order, and aside from a long wait enjoyable. Everyone in the party enjoyed their meal. The atmosphere was welcoming, and we were allowed to bring many decorations to celebrate. The one downside to our experience was the service. First, a shout out to the General Manager who was on duty on January 31st at 5-7pm. He was extremely welcoming and solved our wheelchair accessibility issue on the spot. Unfortunately, our Waitress, Kathryn N, provided sub-par attendance and attention at best. On three occasions, we waited more than 20 minutes for drink refills. There were a couple times food additions were missed or not brought even after reminder. I understand a busy atmosphere, especially with our group, but I would have hoped for a waiter or waitress that was more attentive. It really made an almost perfect dinner evening just shy of unacceptable attendance. Overall, the dinner was great, service by the General Manager, especially attention to detail was top-notch, but waiter service should be increased. Came here for a Monday night birthday dinner for my grandma. Steak was good (could've been charred more, but still good! Bacon Mac and cheese was really good. Bacon was a bit to crunchy, but really good nonetheless. Never had an empty glass on our table. Our server, QE, absolutely one of the best servers I have experienced. He left all of us happy and well taken care of. He issomeone to be training people, to hopefully be on the right track in the company if he chooses to go up higher. I don't comehere often, but if I get service like I did from QE I'd come back more often!
The service was exceptional. Unfortunately, my $30 New York strip steak came with a thick layer of fat that rendered it inedible. I ended up taking it home, trimming off the fat, and recooking it, which made it enjoyable at last.
The fried calamari and langoustine dip were both underwhelming in terms of flavor. The grilled sea scallops and salmon were satisfactory, but the nachos and bread were only average.
I had an amazing dining experience on Sunday night. We decided to try the Endless Shrimp special, and it really lived up to its name! My boyfriend and I tasted every shrimp dish on the menu, and our server, Tara, kept bringing us more. We both enjoyed more shrimp than we’ve ever eaten in one sitting. Eventually, we had to stop, even though there was still some shrimp left on the table, so we packed up some to take home for lunch. For less than $24, we received an incredible amount of shrimp! It was a fantastic meal and a great value!

The staff appeared quite uneasy around the woman in the blue shirt. I could be mistaken, but the workplace atmosphere doesn't seem very positive for the employees.
We went out for a belated birthday and anniversary dinner during Lobster Fest. The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding.
The service was very bad. They brought food that we did not order. We also asked for water and they brought a hot broth. When we rectified it, they took a long time to bring the water. I have been there other times and the service has been good, but tonight's service was very bad.
I had dinner featuring one main lobster tail and one rock lobster tail. The restaurant wasn't very busy, but unfortunately, the rock lobster was severely overcooked, leaving it dry and chewy—almost like lobster jerky. I had to wave my arms to get the server's attention, as the service was quite slow and not very attentive.

The experience was wonderful. The service was outstanding. On Mondays, they have an unlimited shrimp offer with a variety of options to choose from. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The only drawback was the 40-minute wait when we first arrived, which seemed a bit long. However, we returned later that evening and were seated and served right away.
The grilled shrimp and coconut shrimp were amazing! The shrimp-stuffed crab Rangoons were fantastic too! I can't remember what my partner ordered, but he liked it as well. The staff was very friendly and attentive.
It was a busy Saturday night, and there were plenty of people waiting for tables. Fortunately, we were seated right away since we requested bar seating. Our drinks and appetizers were served promptly, and the food was cooked to perfection and arrived in a timely manner. Our server was fantastic, and the bartender had a great sense of humor. Overall, we had a wonderful time.
I visited this restaurant to celebrate a friend's birthday on a Wednesday, and it was really crowded. We ended up waiting over 30 minutes for our food. I tried the crispy scallops for the first time, but I wouldn't recommend them. I think the grilled scallops would have been a better choice. Despite that, I would like to return and give them another chance, as the food was hot and overall quite good.
We had a wonderful experience! My husband and I dined there on a Saturday night and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The food was excellent, and our server was exceptionally friendly. They took the time to ensure we were satisfied with our meals and our overall visit, sharing laughter with us and offering fantastic recommendations. We will certainly be returning!

We tried the Wednesday special of steak and lobster tail for $25.99 each, and our total bill came to $65.36. While the steak was tough, it had great flavor. We also ordered a Coke and a 7-Up. We left a $6.00 tip. Next time, we’ll just stick to water since $3.69 for a glass of soda is too pricey for us. As fixed-income citizens, we would have liked to leave a bigger tip because the service was excellent.
Apparently, if you book through open tables, it is not a “real” reservation after the staff. Not sure why open table would have the option? Anyway, it's red lobster. The cookies are brilliant and the food is like the Walmart of seafood restaurants.
We waited for over 45 minutes for a table to enter and find a mostly empty restaurant. The staff moved slow, like they had nothing to do, and the food took forever to arrive.
Food was a overpriced and shrimp wasn’t cooked well. Maybe overcook tasted a bit rubbery but the other dishes were fine.
