I love getting a burrito bowl with rice, beans, sofritas (shredded Hodo Soy tofu that tastes just like beef to me), delicious guacamole, veggies, and lettuce. It is a complete and filling meal that keeps me satisfied for hours, and it is all vegan.

I always opt for a burrito bowl filled with rice, beans, sofritas (shredded Hodo Soy Tofu that tastes remarkably similar to beef for me), delicious guacamole, veggies, and lettuce. This complete meal keeps me satisfied for hours and is completely vegan-friendly.

I ordered a burrito bowl with rice, beans, sofritas (which is shredded hodo soy tofu that tastes like barbecued meat to me), delicious guacamole, veggies, and lettuce. The meal was very filling and satisfying, and best of all, completely vegan-friendly.
