Get the old fashioned banana split it's delicious! We stopped in my mom and niece and had 2 banana splits and a single cone for my niece it was excellent we hadn't had one in decades and we were very glad we stopped in it's a great place for ice cream and a lot of good flavors and people enjoying the establishment thank you very much! 8/10/25: My first time at this Baskin-Robbins Excellent customer service Yummy ice cream Very popular busy place Short wait time LOTS of selections to choose from! You can sit inside or outside. Free parking in front of the store. Highly recommended! I'd definitely would go back again
This ice cream shop is absolutely fantastic! Their milkshakes are some of the best I’ve ever had—rich, creamy, and made with real ice cream that tastes fresh and natural. Ice cream is my favorite, and I love taking my grandbabies for a treat like my grandma did with me! This location is excellent, everything is fresh, and the staff is friendly and fast! Every time my grandson scores a goal playing soccer, we go for ice cream
I went for a late-night dessert run and, as always, the ice cream and service were exceptional.
The staff was incredibly helpful during my visit. I hadn't been to Baskin-Robbins in years, but today I decided it was time to go. As someone with mobility challenges, I appreciated the kindness of the young woman at the counter. She was very patient with me and answered all my questions with confidence. After I paid, she even offered to bring my order to my car to ensure I wouldn't risk falling while trying to manage it on my own.

When we returned to our hotel, I called the store to report what happened, explaining that we were significantly overcharged and that it was too far for us to return. It seems the staff ended up with an unexpected tip. The girl didn’t even apologize for the mistake.
Terrible management. The lower level employees I've interacted with were all pleasant. We ordered a graduation cake two days in advance. The cake we ordered was from the Baskin Robbins graduation cake selection. When we went to pick up the cake they had forgotten(? to put any of the graduation decorations on it. It was also incorrectly frosted and assembled. I have had several ice cream cakes made before two of which were from a Baskin Robbins and it has never been constructed like this or had the issues this one did. When asked about the fact it was supposed to be a graduation cake the employee working said that she didn't know about how to get the graduation decorations because that's her bosses job. She called her boss who helped her locate a graduation hat decoration for the cake and nothing else. The employee was nice but obviously was unprepared to handle it. The employee offered apologies her boss did not. No discount or refund was offered. There was not time to get another cake so we had to make do.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Baskin Robbins! We got 2 kid-sized scoops and 2 single scoops for adults for just $20. Plus, how can anyone say no to a sprinkle cone? The staff was incredibly friendly, and I would definitely wear the shirts they had on if they sold them. The place was very clean, and there weren't many customers coming and going. It was an excellent ice cream outing. It was a treat for the kids, but my husband and I enjoyed it just as much. Great job, Baskin Robbins!
Thank you to the staff who worked today! We placed an order for 8 root beer floats and, upon discovering they were out of root beer, one of the team members quickly ran to the store to get more while the others began making the first few floats. That's what I call great customer service! We truly appreciate it, and the floats were absolutely delicious. Thank you! - Gresham Toyota
Baskin-Robbins offers a solid selection of flavors and standard options like cones—complete with freshly baked waffle cones—cups, sundaes, as well as malts and shakes. The service was quick and friendly.
