Despite it not being busy, every table was dirty, a... read more I received a Christmas gift card from my daughter for this restaurant, so we decided to go there at 7:00 PM. Despite it not being busy, every table was dirty, and the food appeared old and cold. I ordered chicken fajitas but was served cold steak fajitas instead. To top it off, both of us felt unwell later that evening. The staff was polite, but the overall experience was disappointing.

The staff was friendly, but I believe they should keep their hair away from the food. The restaurant could have used a good cleaning, and the salsa bar also needed some care. On the bright side, the nacho burritos we ordered were absolutely fantastic.

Came last night and were shocked at 18:00 there was no one there and only 2 employees who did everything. In the hour we were there, no one came in and the phone didn't ring for orders. Very dirty and dark, no music. You won't last long, even though the menu is good. Very sad!

It wasn't worth the cost—$13 for a burrito made with Impossible ground meat and a disappointing paper tray of stale tortilla chips. There were only two other customers dining in and another couple picking up orders, yet I had to wait 10 minutes for my burrito. I don't feel the need to come back.

There was a generous amount of meat in the tacos, along with lettuce and tomatoes. The mild sauce was perfectly balanced. I had the pinto beans, and they were fantastic, while my boyfriend enjoyed the black beans and rice.

I entered quietly, being careful with my steps due to... read more The restaurant is situated right next to a Panda Express, which always seems to have a long line outside. I entered quietly, being careful with my steps due to my strict upbringing, but it took about four minutes for the staff at both the front and back of the restaurant to notice me. When the cashier finally acknowledged my presence, she was very friendly and accommodating. The menu features a wide variety of dishes that genuinely seem wholesome—unless they’re hiding some secret ingredients! I thought the prices were fair, especially given the challenge of maintaining fresh ingredients. I couldn’t figure out why Panda Express attracted so many customers while Baja Fresh had fewer. My meal was delicious, and I believe it was healthy based on the ingredients used. I would definitely come back.
