The canteen offers different dishes and especially fresh, local and original dishes. There is a clear improvement on customer support and service because it is true that at the beginning it was the big black point .... waiting very, too long especially for a lunch break that we want fast. On the dishes, for the moment nothing to say! they are good, original and cooked from fresh products and especially from local agriculture. which for me is a huge plus. The desserts are excellent and I had the happy surprise to be squeezed with a delicious chocolate pie by the master of the hall! The expected evolution: more tables so that you don't need to book and optimize the service so that you can keep a one-hour timing to recover. However, servers have merit given space configuration!
