It took 25 minutes to receive two burritos, despite there being only one other customer in the lobby and five cars in the drive-thru. With four employees on duty, the service was surprisingly slow. One staff member went from sweeping the floor directly to wrapping food. The general manager needs to take a hard look at the team and make some changes.
It’s really hard for me to rate a chain restaurant with 5 stars when it is only “standard”, expected food and customer quality. I am much quicker to rate less but this one meets my standard of quality for Taco Bell nothing extra about it.
I ordered a chicken enchilada burrito, but was told they were out of chicken. I then requested black beans, only to learn they were unavailable too. When I received my burrito, I discovered they had also run out of rice, sour cream, and cheese. The only filling in my burrito turned out to be refried beans. I went back to see if they had simply forgotten the other ingredients, but I was informed that they were out of almost everything until the delivery truck arrived on Friday.
This is not the Taco Bell you want to visit. I ordered a chicken power bowl, and when it arrived, it only had a tiny spoonful of ingredients. The food was dry and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. Overall, you definitely don't get your money's worth here—the food is quite poor.
