Pizza Hut - Grenada
Pizza Hut
Description
Grenada's Pizza Hut experience currently runs the spectrum from disappointment to delight. Many patrons express frustration over unprofessional service, cold and poorly prepared food, and a lack of dine-in options, leaving them longing for the past. Complaints notable include undercooked pizza toppings and overlooked essentials like marinara sauce. However, a minority champions the restaurant for its timely delivery and tasty pizzas, highlighting that when executed well, the food can be excellent. Accessibility features are commendable, but without improvement in service and food quality, this location risks losing its customer base altogether.

They closed the Pizza Hut in batesville so I haven’t had it in over a year so while I was in Grenada from going on a field trip with the school my kids asked for pizza so I bought 4 pizzas they were dry hardly any sauce on 3 pizzas and the 4th one I requested garlic Parmesan there wasn’t anything on it but the cheese the doughy was tough it was like eating a tire will not go back to Grenada for pizza again just horrible and there is still 3 pizzas left out of the 4 and 5 people ate off of them should have went to high on the hog for lunch
The pizza at this restaurant is outstanding, but unfortunately I cannot say the same for the pasta. When it comes to parking, there are plenty of spaces available, including designated handicap parking spots and a ramp for wheelchairs. The restaurant also has wheelchair accessibility with hand rails for added convenience.
The owner here should be ashamed. No dine in still !!..this place is dying. Don't wast you time. You can't get the authentic pizza hut experience you want at this location.. I am so disappointed!!!Ps there is no buffet. This place is aweful9/25/23. Still no dine in experience from this location. Totally disappointed. Just go ahead and close your business already if you are going to give half an effort.
