Sheetz - Greenville

I actually love you guys... But the new staff is poorly trained. I have a very specific order almost every day, and until recently they got it 100% right. Now I get my iced mocha and it's basically chocolate milk 7 out of 10 times. An iced mocha with extra chocolate and extra espresso should be very dark brown. Lately it's been almost white. Please work that out...

The service here is usually ok. I?m a regular customer that comes here almost everyday. Honestly, this was the first time I was disappointed in Sheetz yesterday. It took me forever just to receive my order which was a milkshake. The workers had made the order for the next car but I?m still at the window waiting for My milkshake. I wanted to drive off but I?ve already paid for my milkshake! From now on if I don?t see the usual people working I will drive off ! I?ve had such an horrible experience yesterday!

An overall decent experience, but I finished an article from my pickup order and received the wrong size bag chips. It looks like they've been running out of certain items or maybe they missed some things on my order. I should have checked the double before I'm gone, but I'll be sure if I reordered the pickup in the store.

Great food, people and prices. The largest of the 3 in Greenville N.C near a major highway, easy to spot.

I've tried two different sandwiches from this place, and while they were good, both could have used a lot more mayo. The second sandwich was particularly lacking in that regard. The first one barely had enough mayo to even count as a mayo packet! On a positive note, I really love their slogan: "Why the SHEETZ NOT?"
