Both stalls were out of toilet paper, and one of the toilets was blocked off. The trash can was overflowing, too. It's disappointing to see this from a new location!

However, both were supposed to have plenty of mayo, and the second sandwich had none at all. The first sandwich didn’t even have enough mayo to be considered a mayo packet, let alone heavy! On a brighter note, I absolutely love their slogan: "WHY THE SHEETZ NOT????"

Overall, it was a satisfactory experience; however, I noticed that I was missing an item from my pickup order and received the wrong size bag of chips. It seems... read more Overall, it was a satisfactory experience; however, I noticed that I was missing an item from my pickup order and received the wrong size bag of chips. It seems like they might have run out of some items or perhaps overlooked a few things in my order. I should have double-checked before leaving, but I’ll make sure to do that next time I order for in-store pickup.

When I went to get a coffee, there was no sugar in either dispenser—I had to remove the container from the machine and pour in sugar myself. On top of that, there was no French vanilla creamer in either dispenser! When I worked at Sheetz, it was all about TCF standards… Sheetz, you’re really dropping the ball here!

Now... read more I really love Sheetz, but the new staff seems undertrained. I have a very specific order almost daily, and until recently, they got it perfectly every time. Now, when I order my iced mocha, it tastes like chocolate milk about 7 out of 10 times. An iced mocha with extra chocolate and extra espresso should be a rich, dark brown, but lately it’s been almost white. Please fix this.
