I just ate lunch here. I wasn't a super fan of the chili. The manager then brought me a sample plate of 4 soups. Then I chose my favorite one and he brought me a cup of that! Amazing service and soup! Thank you !! View all feedback. What User doesn't like about Mcalister's Deli:
Honestly, if I could go lower that 1 star I would. The tables were dirty and you could tell they hadn't even attempted to clean them off. We waited for over 30 minutes for our dine in food. Only got it when my spouse went up front to get it. We were eating in but it had been put in To Go bags. Not happy with the cleanliness or service at all. View all feedback.

Wonderful service and delicious food. I had the half club and half cup of chili which was perfect on a cold day.
Veggie sandwich and broccoli cheddar soup were fantastic. Service was slightly slow and they were not busy but I'd still highly recommend!
