Firehouse is the top restaurant in Greenville! I can’t express enough how fantastic the management and staff are. The food is consistently fresh and delicious! I've never had a negative experience there. I've tried several Firehouse locations in different cities, but none can compare to the cleanliness, friendliness, and organization of the Firehouse on Arlington Blvd! I could happily eat there every day! View all feedback.
My first time eating a Firehouse Sub by recommendation of my wonderful Son who bought me lunch. Excellent food quality and great service. I will surely be a patron of Firehouse Subs in the future!
Firehouse Subs provided sandwiches for our special event today in Grifton, and we were thoroughly impressed. The sandwiches were excellent, and they even delivered them directly to the event, which saved us the hassle of picking them up. Firehouse Subs offers fresh, friendly service and delicious food, and they truly care about supporting community events. We appreciate their contributions to First Responders, and we made sure to acknowledge that at our gathering today! – The Grifton VFW Auxiliary Post 4062
In short, they provide excellent fast service that is truly impressive.

If you have never had one, Firehouse subs speak for themselves...the are the best subs on the planet! I have been a huge fan of their subs since my first bite in 2004 and was sooooo excited when I saw this location coming to Greenville NC. But, I had no idea how amazing they truly were until the other day….my nephew is also a Firehouse fanatic and so after a day at the water park we drove 20 min across town to get dinner there. After ordering I realized I had no money b/c my wallet was not in my purse but still in my bag at home from the water park!! Both he and I were so disappointed (and me literally to the point of tears) that we would have to turn around and drive 20 mins home without our subs. Seeing how distraught we were that we were not going to get our subs, that is when the amazing manager offered to put the $10 order on them! I was shocked, now that is customer service! Of course, I wasn’t going to take or expect a handout, so I made a deal to come back the next day and pay the $10! Thanks to their manager and his amazing staff my nephew and I were able to enjoy the most delicious subs in the world!! When I came back to pay my $10, I made a point to let them know that while the quality and taste of the subs speak for themselves…their above and beyond customer service speaks for this Greenville location! So COME EAT HERE! You will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! I promise!
