The chicken salad at this restaurant is delicious! They offer affordable prices and a wide variety of delicious menu options.
The vegetable options are fresh and tasty, meeting a good standard for Arby's. However, the service attitude was poor.
Out of curiosity, I decided to try a chicken sandwich with ranch that was new to me, but unfortunately, I did not enjoy it. However, the customer service at Arby's was excellent!
I had lunch there on Tuesday. The service was professional and polite. The food was well-presented. I was just curious why there was only Christian music playing at Arby's.
None of the sodas were functioning, the onions were missing, the fries were cold and hard, and the service was slow. Nobody was even placing orders. When I specifically asked for no tomatoes due to my allergy, I was still served tomatoes.
