Starbucks - Greensburg

The baristas there are so wonderful....they know my name, my preferences, let me try new things and make suggestions when there is something new that they think that I'd like....Drinks are always well made....never a complaint at my Eastgate location!!!

I ordered an iced coffee with whole milk. They didn’t understand the order and gave me a venti sized cup with nothing but milk in it. Not even one drop of coffee. I guess they thought I meant a whole cup of milk?? They were so confused when I asked them to remake it. I told them there is no coffee in this and they could not understand that I wanted iced coffee with whole milk and not a whole cup of milk. I would never give a place one star after one mishap. There are lots of things, but I had to post because it was by far the worst. An entire venti sized cup of whole milk went down the drain because the workers can’t read.

I was getting a decaf iced coffee for my son with my mocha. I'm always paranoid because there was a time where it was definitely not decaf. IYKYK parents ? anyway I asked after the decaf status and because she couldn't confirm who'd made the drink she remade it completely just to make sure. Definitely went above and beyond. Outstanding customer service. That was awesome

Very nice coffee shop. They are always friendly and quick. The coffee is always to my liking and I enjoy the teas very much. The staff keeps a clean shop. I often go into the store and they give me a yummy coffee cake or something to try. I love going to this coffee shop. Thank you for a consistent and enjoyable experience Every time I am in the area.Vegetarian options: Thank you for all the vegetarian options you provide.
