The personal can easily be made on all items that can be vegetarian/vegan, and gluten-free, if necessary. they have tofu, and have begun to make house tempeh!
Many vegan options in the Entree area. the menu said they could prepare any dish with tofu or side and seemed sensitive to the nutrition needs. the owner came out to talk to us what was a nice note.
We've been here last Saturday. The food and the atmosphere were great. They served authentic Indonesian dishes. Her Chicken Satay and beef Rendang were very delicious. Definitely a hidden gem and a great place to dune!
Mayasari is an unexpected joy. Who would think that in the middle of rural Indiana you would find real Indonesian food, cooked with love and know-how, in an atmosphere that you feel that you were somehow transported to Indonesia. Humus and Ms. Team Maya Effendi and Rick Mays own and operate this small jewel in downtown Greensburg. A wonderful addition to the experience was Rick explaining the food and describing how Maya cooks it. For example, she believes that every ingredient goes in a time and has her time to shine before the next one is added... From the Gurke BLT appetizer to the Chicken Satay (Sate Ayam) to the Beef Curry (Rendang Daging), the food was as delicious as it is authentic.
I get the same every time, but it's so good that I don't care! Beef Curry #1 it's so good! The burger is also great. The children love the kabobs, my wife likes the coffin, and we always get lots of spring rolls. And mango tea. Just good stuff. 5 stars
