I... read more Be sure to order your fries extra crispy—they're absolutely delicious! If Chicken Tortilla soup is on the daily menu, definitely give it a try; it's heavenly! It's quite spicy, but so flavorful. The spiciest members of my family always get chili whenever we visit Culver's, so for all you chili lovers out there, it's worth a taste!

Three of those meals were fish din... read more We visit this Culver's at least twice a month. Tonight, I went through the drive-thru and ordered meals for my entire family. Three of those meals were fish dinners, and once we got home, we realized we didn't receive our cole slaw or any tartar sauce. I immediately called the restaurant and offered to drive back through the drive-thru to pick up the missing items, as we live less than five minutes away. When I arrived at the drive-thru speaker, I explained that I had just called and they were expecting me, which showed excellent communication among the staff. Not only did they provide the missing items without asking any questions, but they also gave me four pints of vanilla custard as a gesture for their mistake. It’s clear that great customer service is still alive and well! Thank you to the Greenfield Culver’s team! You’re number one in my book!
