It's not the cleanest either. I would not go back.

The staff was exceptional, and Ms. Melody was by far t... read more This is the best KFC I have ever been to in my life! The restaurant was clean and beautifully maintained. The staff was exceptional, and Ms. Melody was by far the best manager I've ever seen in action. She was incredibly friendly and collaborated wonderfully with the other manager and the team. Before I even knew it, my food arrived, and it was fantastic! This KFC also excelled in following Covid-19 safety measures. The only downside is that I live three hours away, and I will definitely miss being able to come more often than I'd like.

The biscuits were the size of half dollars. The cashier was nice, but I found it surprising that there were no plates provided. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

While the order was processed swiftly, I observed that some employees lacked attentiveness as customers entered the building, which came across as unprofessional.
