Was Ethelyn Ziemann at Hardee's a mag?
The food is consistently fresh, which is wonderful. I did encounter an issue with an ice cone, likely due to it being busy that day, and it had an unusual taste. Customer service is good, and I appreciate that they offer a military discount for veterans. Every bit helps, especially with prices being so high. View all feedback.

I waited 49 minutes for two small takeout orders. They prioritized the dine-in and drive-thru customers, and I only received my orders—placed through the mobile app—after all of them were served. Been get their Frisco burgers for a few years or so and recently a hardees milkshake started regularly...so delicious! Staff are Amazin! indoor dining room is always in tiptop form!

During our visit to the drive-thru, the employee at the speaker was yelling at us to place our order, even though we couldn't do so because the car in front of us hadn't moved up completely. After the first request for our order, we asked for just a moment to decide. Sadly, we decided to leave after being yelled at five times. When I called to report the incident, the same employee who had yelled at us turned out to be the manager, and she hung up on me while I was trying to explain the situation.
