Cook Out - Greeneville

When's through the drive thru ordered three Different meals all 3 were wrong. All of this side items were cold. We paid for extra things that were not included. Of course, the doors were locked and we had to go back through the drive through again to get the things that were missing and waited 25 minutes the first time and about 25 minutes, the second time they're slow. And the girl working in the window was very rude.

We love Cookout. But lately every time we visit the order is so messed up. I hate calling to complain but something has to be done. The two girls working the window today were so rude and when I mentioned my order wasn't right she slammed the window shut in my face. Thankfully my zoloft is working properly or the outcome could've been different for that girl.I came home to cool off. I will go back and speak to the manager.

We ordered a milkshake with our order and she forgot to make it then at the window when we asked for it one of the girl workers said “oh my gah she just added it on” with extreme attitude. We ordered a cheese quesadilla tray and only got 4 very small onion rings and 3 baby sized cheese bites. extremely disappointed in the costumer service and food.

The milkshakes are the main reason to go here! The food is mediocre at best. They have so many varieties of milkshakes!
