Arby's - Greeneville

The food took a bit longer to be prepared, but we arrived at 9 a.m. so it was expected. However, the food was incredibly fresh and tasty!

I've noticed that the Jamocha milkshakes at Arby's locations with the new shake-making process are not nearly as good as they used to be. I used to love the Jamocha shakes, but now they're just okay. However, the food and service were still good.

I went to the drive-thru yesterday and although there was a long line, it was moving steadily. When I got my order, I realized the apple juice was missing. I was in a hurry and couldn't go back through the line since I had little children with me, one of whom was asleep. So, I called the restaurant and explained the situation, asking if they could bring out the missing item. The lady I spoke to was very apologetic and promptly brought out the apple juice. Thanks to their quick response, we were able to avoid a potential meltdown from my two-year-old, waking up my three-month-old, and I was able to stay on schedule. I am extremely grateful for their assistance. This location has always been very helpful and professional, and now I can add excellent customer service recovery to their list of attributes. Well done, Arby's! Thank you for saving the day yesterday!

Always good food, but his expensive ones here lately...

Always love the Jamoca shake. Tried the jalapeno bites. They were very good too.
