From now on I go to the spot for Friday night fish fry! They've been here since the 30s and still know what they're doing. Jennifer and Ally behind the bar also make a mean old fashion. This place does not disappoint View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Maricque's:
I ordered the Walleye. Very disappointed in this place. I don't know what the hype is all about but it was expensive with small portions. Why on earth would I want a big slice of onion with my rye bread and what is a Wisconsin fish fry without cole slaw and beans? Anything extra needs to be ordered separately. Also, who serves a fish fry on a paper plate with a plastic fork? Will not be back and a lot of improvements... View all feedback.
This is a fantastic little spot for an amazing fish fry. The drinks are also great. If you're in search of a place that serves an outstanding fish fry, onion on rye bread, and a top-notch old fashioned, look no further! Hats off to them!
Maricque’s is the best fish fry in Wisconsin. Even AJ Dillon knows it. I have been coming there for 30 years and I truly loved it. Get the bluegill! I know y’all love perch but bluegill is just better.
The Only Place to get Perch with the Bones In localy. Unique flavor Which is delicious and everyone needs to try this delicacy before it too is gone from the historic gastronomic scene. And the Drinks are awesome too!!
The staff were friendly and welcoming. The fish was decent, but I expected more flavor in the breading. We had a group of 15 on a Friday night at 8:30, and we were seated immediately, which was great.
Perch was fantastic! The bathrooms were also very clean. Thank you!
