What Abby O doesn't like about Republic Chophouse:
I strayed away from my usual Sea Bass and tried the blue cheese and Dijon rib-eye. I was very underwhelmed. The steak was overcooked and chewy and my husband’s filet was very underdone. The service was excellent per usual. The chefs must have been having an off night because typically I’d give this restaurant 5 stars. View all feedback.

From the minute we arrived for our reservation the hostesses were so polite. Our waiter was amazing. We had a guest in our party that needed gluten free and he took extra special care in making sure she got what she needed. And the food was delicious! Compliments to the chef, and your pastry chef who makes the desserts! Thank you for making our evening so special!
