I have been a regular at this restaurant and as a student, I always appreciate having a comfortable space to relax. However, today was a disappointment. After my noon class, I went to order my usual Hazelnut Macchiato with extra caramel. The restaurant appeared messy, the music was not the usual ambiance, and the person making the drinks seemed inexperienced and overwhelmed. It would have been helpful to have a more experienced person to assist him, as he was struggling to fulfill orders. I waited longer than usual, and when I finally received my drink, it was not made correctly. Overall, it was a chaotic experience.

I adore all of the Blue Mugs and would highly recommend them to any coffee enthusiast.

This restaurant has rapidly declined in quality over the last few months. This was my third bad experience here recently. Today, we were the only ones inside and it took over 30 minutes to get four drinks made. We also noticed a few people coming in after going through the drive-thru because their drink orders were incorrect.

Here on a laune. I am not a repeater and have no plans due to today's visit. I was here at lunch between 12 and 1. there were a few in front of me. no one came in after at least 15 minutes. I put my first order, was said there were no banans, pulled up and put my possible order, and tried to pay with a Visa gift card. after a minute or two, the man who took my order could not find out if this was an acceptable payment. no biggie; I used another card. for the record there was only one person working today. I'm not sure if that's the norm or not. the gentleman worked pleasantly enough. the tempo in which he moved and worked, was cautiously slow, almost insecure of himself. No matter, my order was a 16 ounce cappuccino, a shot espresso and mandelmilch. my order was taken at 12:18 am and served at 12:45 am. my disappointment is simply a result of ruthlessly slow service. with a limited lunch break, I cannot think in a good sense myself to come back here in the future. I would like to add that I was appreciated the $1 baked that was reduced when they were older than a day. that is a good value for everyone interested.
