La Fiesta Express - Greeley

The breakfast burritos at this restaurant used to be great, but now they are just okay. Some of the staff seem uninterested in providing good customer service. It can be hard during busy times, but they need to improve in order to keep customers coming back. I get the feeling that they don't enjoy working there, which is not good for business. The last burrito I had wasn't made correctly and tasted strange, making me feel unwell. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

I have been a regular at this restaurant for some time now. Yesterday, I placed an order for 80 burritos and was told they would be ready by 4:40 am. However, when I arrived at the restaurant, the lights were off. After waiting for a few minutes, I started knocking on the door. It took 10 minutes for someone to come out, and when I explained my situation, a lady rudely told me she would check if the burritos were being made. A few minutes later, they finally came out with the burritos at 5 am. Unfortunately, when I got to work, I realized that all the burritos were wrong and not the ones I needed. I went back to the restaurant to complain, and the kid at the front counter mentioned that his aunt is a manager and his uncle owns the place. He assured me they would call me to resolve the issue, but I have not received a phone call yet.

I drove in from Fort Collins for an appointment and decided to stop for some tortillas (which were amazing by the way). I also decided to try some buche tacos for the road and they were really good. The man working behind the counter was also very friendly and personable, which was a nice touch.

Good food but not much seating. They have some outdoor seating. I usually go there for take-out.

This hidden gem is conveniently located near campus. Every student on the north side of campus should take advantage of the delicious and affordable burritos offered at this place.
