Chop House - Greeley
Chop House
Description
Greeley Chophouse offers an intriguing mix of experiences, where well-cooked steak and creative seafood dishes meet inconsistent service and attention to detail. Reviews highlight perfectly cooked ribeye steaks and delicious crab cakes, yet cold sides and improperly served appetizers marred some visits. While friendly and attentive staff occasionally overshadowed shortcomings, diners expressed disappointment with a lack of focus on quality. The restaurant's ambiance is inviting, but issues with noise and decor mismatches raised eyebrows given the pricing. Ultimately, while some relish the culinary offerings, others leave feeling the experience didn't meet expectations.

It was my first time visiting, and the experience was outstanding. Our server, Paul, was incredibly wonderful. I'll definitely be back!
The best steak I've had in a long time! The lobster bisque was amazing! I can't wait to return and sample more dishes from the menu.
Nice place to eat. Food was great. Service by Riley was amazing and knowledgeable. First time there and would go back. Website says smart casual dress code, however most tables people were in frayed shorts, tennis shoes, tshirts, backwards hats and it seemed not to match the request or the prices. For the food pricing it would have been nice for a little more privacy, higher booths or tables not down center of floor. Only thing on food which was amazing was they put a dark sauce (demi glaz)over my ribeye. I want to see the steak and taste the seasonings. That is the center of the dish and how good the cook is. Not have a sauce over the top to hide flavor or char mistakes.
The server was neither very attentive nor consistent. The table behind us had to wait 10 minutes for him to come back.
