Even now i... read more Always fantastic food here at Yiche. I first discovered the place while I lived on site a few years ago....it has a great reputation with the locals. Even now it is worth the two-hour drive from melbourne. Evelyn... the owner and the hostess....has been with Yiche since his beginnings...so you know that you are served by someone who is really interested. Food is always fresh and aromatic. I think it's a Malaysian Asian fusion. I'm not sure. But I love the food. And I'm confident you will.

The service... read more We recently had a small birthday dinner and Yiche restaurant was kind enough to shrink our table when some people couldn't come at the last minute. The service was prompt and friendly and the meals brought out in a timely manner. Everyone loved the flavour of the meals and I can highly recommend this place if you want yummy food. This is not your average aussie chinese menu, there is some very interesting menu choices to be had. Minus 1 star only for the inconsistency of portion sizes. I had the chicken rendang which I thought was a great size, but some others on the table thought theirs could be a little more. Don't let that put you off from dining here though, the flavour makes up for it. Have an entree, the prices are reasonable. We will be back thanks.
