What User doesn't like about KFC:
Was impressed by the modern look on the outside of the building. Walked in to order. Was disappointed that I wasn't acknowledged by any of the staff for quite some time, there were quite a few people waiting to order. I have never had to wait that long. We went through the drive thru, and ordered burgers, but there was no lettuce available, and the drive thru was very poorly planned
Went at 6 pm to be told they were out of chicken and there was a wait. When I got the chicken it had obviously been in the bain marie and not freshly cooked as I was told. Customer service were also rude.
I could understand the 15 min wait because they couldn't fill my 21pce order, but when I got it and drove home to enjoy with friends. Disappointed with oily slop nothing was coated as per a peice should be. Very disappointed and annoyed, i have KFC happy, excited childhood memories that just died. Thanks KFC.
Went to this store for lunch, no cheese or lettuce available, though no fault of KFC, still had an enjoyable meal
I have a strong affinity for KFC, but I have come to realize that whenever I order at the drive-through on Wyndham Street, I should expect my order to be incorrect and need to double-check it. The exceptionally subpar service is a result of extremely inadequate staff training.
