Just went through the order line and spoke with a friendly professional female employee who took my order. I went to the window paid and waited 2 minutes and she handed me my order. Got home and the food was hot and very good. I didn’t get her name but the order number was #358014, tray D3, tag315, Dec 8 2023 2034 hrs. Checked in at a stall and then proceeded to wait there for 30 minutes. Eventually, I went through the drove through, and only then did they take their sweet time getting my order. View all feedback.
This sonic sucks. they give you the wrong stuff and when you order a sonic blast its just vanilla ice cream with a little toppings at the very top. its supposed to be toppings blended all throughout !!!!! thanks for wasting my money
DO NOT GO HERE THEY'RE LIKELY TO SPIT IN YOUR FOOD AND SCREAM AT YOU They made me and my mom wait for 40 mins without any update or notification that their system was down so I walked up after no response to pressing the button, I got up to go see what was going on, when one employee was already talking to me letting me know the system was down another one named Terese a large manish women came in screaming at me to get out because I didn't work there, and when I tried to descalate the situation she got lauder and began approaching me in a threatening and violent matter, I have never had a worse experience in my life, and it turns out in the 40 mins they hadn't even begun my order and no they weren't busy, 3 people parked several car lengths apart from eachother is not a busy enough day to warrant any violent reaction to a customer, this is a pace that has no place being in business DO NOT GO HERE THEY'RE LIKELY TO SPIT IN YOUR FOOD AND SCREAM AT YOU

We had a great experience! We added extra to our order and they were so accommodating. We did park order at a stall instead of going in the drive-thru, so we could get the Sonic experience. Would recommend coming again.
