We were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service we received from the branch man... read more We visited this Casey's location and ordered some pizza and breadsticks. We were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service we received from the branch manager, Susan, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience with both the food and the staff. The young man, Tony, who prepares the pizzas and breadsticks, deserves special recognition for his polite demeanor and for making some of the best pizza we've had in a long time. The store was clean as well. Even though we live an hour away, we would gladly make the drive for such wonderful food.

However, it seems they are still in the process of finding the right manager. I don’t understand why they haven’t given this particular girl a chance, as she is truly outstanding. She would definitely enhance my experience as a customer, and this place really needs that. The other employees seem to enjoy working alongside her as well. Overall, this establishment is fantastic.

While I was working in Green Bay, I noticed that my tire was low. I stopped at several gas stations, but none had air pumps that worked—it was either they didn’t have one, wouldn’t accept my card, or only took quarters. Thankfully, I found a place where I could fill my tire and even treated myself to some delicious donuts!

That's a good sign!
