The mobile drive-thru is ridiculous; you end up merging into the regular order line, which guarantees no road rage! Plus, Dynkin Donuts has wasted my app points twice without giving me anything in return. I'm done with it. View all feedback.

My daughter insisted that we participate in National Donut Day, and I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of meatless options available. I’m excited to give them a try!

This is the 4th time I've stopped here on my way to work and am no longer come to this location. It's the 3rd time I've asked and been charged for extra cream cheese only to get to work and have my bagel be almost plain. Yes the 3rd time and have picture's. It's not just the fact that it's basically plain, but that I asked and AM CHARGED! Only to not even receive enough cream cheese period. This is why I left DD alone b4. It's constantly feels like I'm being jipped.

Dunkin Donuts should literally take this Franchise from the Franchisee because it's apparent THEY DO NOT CARE! The customer service is horrendous. They couldn't get an order right if their life depended on it. You can fill out the survey over and over and talk to the District Manager and the same issue occurs over and over. They just don't care about their customers, especially their every day repeat customers who order the exact same thing every day only to get the incorrect donut. THAT DONUT IS NOT A BAVARIAN CREAM DONUT IT IS A CHOCOLATE CREAM DONUT. If you can't READ THE LABEL and provide the customer the correct donut, THEN MOVE THOSE LIKE LOOKING DONUTS SEPARATE FROM EACH OTHER SO YOUR EMPLOYEES CAN READ THE DAMN LABELS!!! TRAIN THEM TO READ THE DONUT LABELS INSTEAD OF GRABBING THE FIRST DONUT THAT LOOKS LIKE WHAT THE CUSTOMER WANTS!!!
