It's the 3rd time I've asked and been charged for extra cream c... read more This is the 4th time I've stopped here on my way to work and am no longer come to this location. It's the 3rd time I've asked and been charged for extra cream cheese only to get to work and have my bagel be almost plain. Yes the 3rd time and have picture's. It's not just the fact that it's basically plain, but that I asked and AM CHARGED! Only to not even receive enough cream cheese period. This is why I left DD alone b4. It's constantly feels like I'm being jipped.

This is not good people. Please don't ignore the rating. They have to have it visible by law. That's for a reason. Moving on, the customer service has been declining here for years. A few years ago, it was my go to and favorite Dunkin. The workers don't listen as well as they should. They aren't apologetic as much as they should be when making errors. Customer service is everything to me. The food can be amazing, customer service trash, I won't come back.
