It's disappointing to receive such poor treatment at the drive-thru, feeling like I'm being yelled at by the staff. I ended up driving away in frustration. However, I have to say that the lunch and dinner service has always been much better, with very friendly employees! View all feedback.
I arrived at the drive-thru around 10:28, and the person in front of me ordered breakfast. By the time I reached the ordering screen at 10:30, I attempted to place my breakfast order, but the manager informed me that breakfast had ended. I mean, I got there right on time! It would have been nice if they had made an exception and served me breakfast. This is really disappointing. Even McDonald's will serve breakfast a few minutes past the cutoff time.
Are there any Burger Kings that actually honor their promotions? I'm tired of hearing, "We're a franchise and we don't do that." How am I supposed to know which locations do? After trying four different Burger Kings, I gave up and went to Taco Bell instead. I won't be returning to any Burger King; it's just too complicated when they don’t all follow the same rules. It's not the franchise's fault—it's corporate's for not enforcing consistent standards across locations.
Not sure what the deal is they must make all the fries first thing in the morning and just reheat them throughout the day. Burger was fine fries were terrible
