I 've been buying the same sandwich for 15+ years. Today I was told (by someone who had to go in the back and ask how to make it) that the hundreds I have eaten before were all wrong, and argued with me about it. I don 't like to argue, so I just cancelled the sandwich. The remainder of my order was fine, although I couldn 't get a receipt because the receipt paper is in the office and no manager is here. The staff are always kind, courteous, and positive. They greet everyone that comes in. The lunch rush usually has a line to the door but get you in and out. Even at the end of the line I was there maybe 10 min. They got the sandwich making down to a science.
Good subway. Bit tight cause of the area but good overall.

These workers are friendly, fast and efficient. So important esp. during the lunch rush.
I was there the other day, mind you I go quite often but I will be the first to say that the manager is always rude to her female employee. So disrespectful!
