I waited at the speaker box for 7 minutes w... read more I arrived at 10:41 PM on Thursday, October 19. According to both the app and Google, the restaurant closes at 11 PM. I waited at the speaker box for 7 minutes without receiving a response, so I drove around to the pickup window. There, I saw a guy leaning against the front counter, simply staring at me. I decided to go back to the speaker box to try again and said, "Hello?" but still got no reply. When I drove around again, he was still leaning against the counter, clearly just waiting for closing time and refusing to take my order. I eventually drove off, watching as he continued to stare out the window. I understand it can be frustrating when customers arrive close to closing, but if you say you close at 11, the staff should be willing to serve customers until then. What really frustrated me was that I just wanted to grab a Baja Blast Freeze, and I could see that the machine was on and working.

She asked me to wait in the parking lot. After about 20 minutes, I noticed two employees come out of the only parked car, smoking marijuana and acting rowdy. I decided to leave right away. The service was truly disappointing.

They didn't have sauce one time, no sour cream another time, no potatoes another time, no chicken another time, no steak another time, and finally no large drink cups. I only eat there because the staff is really cool, but mostly because it's close to my work and cheap. I've been disappointed many times, honestly. It's the staff that makes that place to be functional, because they are great workers, but they need to keep their product in stock
