Today at lunch, waited 10 minutes outside spot 3 for curbside. Went in , got ignored inside 20 more minutes, lady working at urgent care stood as well , we watched numerous drive thru happy meals etc go out. Finally a management lady came out from the back, filled orders put in after us at 12;45 ish. Obviously watching on camera, hiding in back office, couldn't even find my curbside order slip. 1 guy doing, struggling to do it all must have lost it , no help to run it out no doubt. Lady management, miss: management flashing large gold wrist bracelets , looking like NOT working hard not worried, just gave me what I said I ordered. I left , horrible experience of bad , no management, that drive thru went 25 plus cars before I got my order, disgraceful. At braves bridge , I'm not brave enough to stop there again.

Used to be my favorite McDonald’s, always got fresh food and really good service. I don’t know what happened to you guys in the last 2 weeks while I was gone for storm work. Yall lost a whole crew or what? Girl working the window was so damn rude. Y’all know yall get paid to say “thank you have a good day” right? Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch
