They didn’t offer a receipt so I wasn’t able to get a refund.... read more Ordered an iced coffee, regular. No caramel bs, got an iced coffee absolutely pumped with caramel. They didn’t offer a receipt so I wasn’t able to get a refund. It used up the one dollar deal and I can’t use it again today. And another time, I tried to use the one dollar deal, the worker messed up and deleted it from the system but it registered that I had already used it and when I complained and said I ordered it, I should still be able to pay and get it, they refused and said there’s nothing they could do about it.

I get they hire high school teenagers who could care less about work but you should create an environment that they learn pride in their work or just do not hire them.
