I ordered a sac full of 24 with bacon and the price to just add bacon was $16 which I thought was insane but I do understand inflation. When I asked her to do away with the bacon, she poppedoff with an attitude. I?ve worked customer service for 3 years and I?m usually very understanding but this is ridiculous.

Every time I go, they 're either closed during their operating hours or excuses are made as to why they can 't serve you. I went last night and was told we 're closed our systems are down . But no signs were up atall. They just let customers figure it out for themselves. It 's like this almost every time you go. I told my wife before Ipulled up to the drive thru that I bet we won 't get Krystal 's tonight because it 's so common there 's always some issue. And sureenough their systems were down. You know it 's bad when I predicted it :

They waited almost 30 min for their order and were treated very rudely at the drive up window. Drinks were ready when they pulled up but nothing else was. The cashier was rude andacted put out for even having to deal with them. When the food was finally ready the order was short 1 order of fries. When theytold the employee she scoffed and basically threw the missing order of fries in the bag. It was apparent that the burgers hadbeen sitting in the bag for some time because the bottom of the bag was soaking wet from moisture and basically falling out.Burgers were cold by the time they got them. Considering they are 3 older white ladies and the staff that day was predominantlyblack they felt like the employees were being racist, other employees were giving them dirty looks etc when they had only beenpolite and kind to the employees. It?s sad that racism seems alive and well out here, we?re originally from California and thatdoesn?t fly out there! Will not be back!
