The service is fantastic! My order was taken and prepared promptly. The lady and gentleman who made my Krystals nailed it on the first try. You know how much I love these—I'm coming back for more! What Donald Ingram doesn't like about Krystal:
This restaurant is a scam. While the staff are friendly and attentive, the owner is inflating the prices by over $5 on the advertised menu items. Additionally, there's a $1 charge for using a card, which means a $16 meal ends up costing $21. After tax and fees, you're looking at a total of $24 just to dine here. View all feedback.
Went back today guess what drive through only. Hey to the drive thru guess what they charge you 4.25% up charge for using a card. I?m done with this place.
It's usually ok but the wait time at the drive thru was HORRIBLE. I waited at least 15 minutes in line behind another car to get my food. Not really sure what was going on but after that customer left, my food came right out.
Pulled up the night before Thanksgiving with a huge order with 7 minutes to spare before closing. The staff working didn't mind to fill my order at all! Very nice and friendly!
Crew there today knew what they were doing ! Order out quick and hot, these girls had their act together.
My mother and two aunts went to this restaurant to pick up lunch for everyone the other day. They waited nearly 30 minutes for their order and were met with very rude treatment at the drive-thru window. When they pulled up, their drinks were ready, but the rest of the order wasn’t. The cashier was unfriendly and seemed annoyed to be serving them. When the food was finally ready, they were missing one order of fries. Upon bringing it to the employee's attention, she scoffed and carelessly tossed the missing fries into the bag. It was clear that the burgers had been sitting for a while because the bottom of the bag was soaked with moisture and starting to fall apart. By the time they received the burgers, they were cold. Being three older white women in a predominantly black staff environment, they felt uncomfortable, as if they were encountering racism; they noticed other employees giving them dirty looks despite their polite and respectful demeanor. It’s disheartening to witness such behavior, especially since we come from California, where that kind of treatment is unacceptable. We will not be returning to this restaurant!
