I went to... read more I went through the drive through the other day. I mobile ordered a coffee, I guess it didn’t go through but I saw the transaction in my bank account. I went to the drive through and said I had a mobile ordered and they told me to pull up. When I pulled up the woman at the window was literally awful extremely rude and uneducated. I know I made the mistake that my coffee didn’t go through but she kept a very snarky tone and spoke to me rudely and she was asking for the receipt online and I asked how to I get there and she couldn’t tell be. On top of that I said “is it in the transaction history” and she said no (it was there). I apologized for my mistake cause I really thought it went through and I immobile ordered from there often, I just couldn’t believe how rude and quite frankly bitchy she was. I wish I got her name but oh my god I’ve never had someone be so unpleasant to be around. Might wanna reconsider your career in customer service!
