Dunkin' - Gray

It was the most creepy DnD trip I've ever experienced. we waited for about 8-10 min in the lane to even place our order. the person in the car in front of us placed a quick order (for a cup coffee), then we have our order for 1 med decaf pumpkin and a pumpkin muffin. when we came into the window, we noticed 3 ee’s, one on the window that confirmed our order and the other 2 doing something stupid, except to serve the cars on the car thru. bottom line is that we have not included any items we have ordered, nor was a serviette included in the bag with the blueberry muffin! the 2 ee’s, who are frightened, need a lection in customer service and a conversation.

I go here just about everyday and i brevet know what I’m going to get and as soon as you find a worker that finally gets your stuff right they end up gone they never cook food right at this point I only go there if I absolutely have to I hope they get it together and get some staff that enjoys their jobs their are a couple people who are great but they could be gone tomorrow

Worst dunkin experience ever they got the order wrong 3 times and we had to wait like 30 min , guy at register with curly white hair needs to be trained properly

Most employees here are greatly! Always fresh coffee. Travis ? Was a very helpful on coffee, various addins.

Gray, TN, Dunking Donuts was FUBAR; the drive thru speaker was too Soft for my hearing and when she asked a question it didn't make any sense, the inside counter person was too busy talking to a friend to actually take or fill orders.
