The welcome from the excellently trained and friendly te... read more We absolutely loved this wonderful gourmet restaurant in the beautiful hotel “Das Achental” in Grassau. The welcome from the excellently trained and friendly team was very personable you immediately felt welcome. The seating takes place at beautiful tables, which are at an excellent distance from the neighboring tables. It is also pleasantly quiet throughout the restaurant although it was very busy. The menu was outstandinga firework of flavors. The beautiful visual presentation is also hard to beat. The wine pairing included some outstanding surprises, which were explained by the experienced and friendly sommelier. Of course, any intolerances will be taken into account. Mr. Edip Sigl personally looked after the well being of his guests these were very nice gestures. Ms. Alexandra Häuser and her entire service team were very friendly, competent, attentive and charming throughout the evening it couldn't be better. The third star should soon be awarded for this “total work of art”! We can highly recommend this beautiful restaurant and are already looking forward to our next visit! A reservation is definitely advisable.
