Fantastic evening and every course was a highlight, everything was perfect! Very nice wine accompaniment, which was reduced for me upon request, which I found very accommodating. A culinary delight We are thrilled! The food is phenomenal everything is just right here: the quality of the products, the creativity of the dishes, the perfect preparation and the appealing presentation. Creative, innovative, surprising but still tasteful and perfectly coordinated. The service is attentive and friendly and looked after us well throughout the entire evening. An unforgettable experience in a cozy atmosphere. The dim lighting and warm colors create a very relaxed and relaxing atmosphere. We felt comfortable right from the start and were able to enjoy the evening to the fullest.

Just an experience for all senses! Starting from the ambience: modern, high quality, but cozy with ingenious views in the garden and in the mountains and in the dark, a modern, pleasant light concept that makes the restaurant appear damped without the guest sitting at the table in the dark. About the service: highly professional, but at the same time everything other than stiff, but warm, careful and always related to the guest. Explanations of food and wines comprehensible, interesting, loving and sometimes with joke to talk the story behind it. And of course the foods: with love and meticulous attention to the smallest detail, each presents a piece of art for itself complex and cunning. Here qualitatively and tastefully excellent and often surprising, compiled in the menu diverse and harmoniously. Top! I was a little sceptical about the wine tasting. But here too I was very positively surprised. The selection was concise, broad and so ideally adapted to the respective dishes that the wine became almost an indispensable part of the respective course. Compliment! And then as an extra also regionality: Where possible raw products from the region (in a menu as a red thread, in the other international of course not completely held through, but according to my knowledge, Jacob's shells do not yet live in the Chiemsee, presented on hand-cuttered dishes directly from the surroundings. wishes open? I don't know. Some of them have even better rated in leaders (Why???? Competition in the region must be warm. An absolute recommendation! excellent eating, loving staff, very pleasant ambiente and a very attentive chef! we were surprised with each gang positiw. everything is right here!
We both felt that this was the most perfect evening we have experienced so far. the menu fantastic, the service perfect and not intrusive. we like to come back.
The evening yesterday in the essence was super beautiful. casual ambiente. the food was a tight one. the weeping perfectly harmonized. the sommelier was very competent. the service very accommodating. also our 6-year-old daughter was well looked after. all in all highly recommended.
