Despite there being no line, we had to wait over 10 minutes for someone to take our order. We arrived at 5:30 PM on a Thursday and were surprised to find that they had run out of ribs. The brisket was very tender and the tacos were quite enjoyable. However, the cheesy sausage was a letdown; it was a bit overcooked and tough. As for the barbecue sauce, it wasn't really a traditional sauce but more like a marinade, which isn't to my liking. The beans and potatoes were just average.
