The only th... read more I think my husband order the fiesta tray since it is huge for at least 4 people to eat. I like the hot link and it is very spicy. The meat is great. The only thing im not a fan of is the tacos. Im more like street tacos and my husband said those tacos are a bit of greasy but still good. We love their food every time we come out to Hop Sting Brewing. Be aware that the line is super long to order food.

The consume was a little runn... read more Always looking for someone's take on Birria Tacos and these did not disappoint. Well executed with a foodie friendly presentation. The consume was a little runny on my order and wished it was a bit denser, so the tacos grabbed some of it better. I've seen other reviews where it's denser. However, it does not distract me enough from returning.I was also offered a sample of their brisket, which I thought was very moist, juicy and smokey with the characteristic you come to expect when you have good brisket.Looking forward to visiting this cool spot and recommend to anyone who hasn't had any Birria Tacos before.
