Cute coworking cafe! Love having a full place to open my laptop at and appreciate the vegan snack options they had! (Although I envied the bagel dogs, make a vegan version!)Service was quick but it's definitely more of a sit down place than grab and go. It definitely leans towards the quiet side and isn't necessarily a loud talk and chat scene. Would probably come again alone but not when I'm working with others.
Redefined Coffee House is a large space close to historic downtown Grapevine with massive plate glass windows affording views of the busy street nearby. I liked the decor and the layout, including two enclosed meeting room spaces. There were a good number of not terribly comfy, sofa-like benches along with a few conversation areas set up. I tried a mocha and it hit the spot. All of the pastries seem to be gluten-free. I liked that they offered free ice water to customers.
