Furthermore, the... read more Although the service and atmosphere at the coffee shop were excellent, the coffee itself was not exceptional and did not meet my expectations. Furthermore, the blueberry cake was dry and unappetizing. Overall, I was disappointed with the quality of the coffee and pastries, but the ambiance and service would be the main reasons I would consider returning.

The coffee I received tasted like watered down coffee with a splash of almond milk and a little caramel flavor; it was terrible and waste of $7. I didn't even order a donut b/c they looked extremely dry.The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the atmosphere is very welcoming. Based on the coffee alone, I would not recommend.

Love having a full place to open my laptop at and appreciate the vegan snack options they had! (Although I envied the bagel dogs, make a vegan version!)Service was quick but it's definitely more of a sit down place than grab and go. It definitely leans towards the quiet side and isn't necessarily a loud talk and chat scene. Would probably come again alone but not when I'm working with others.

I liked... read more Redefined Coffee House is a large space close to historic downtown Grapevine with massive plate glass windows affording views of the busy street nearby. I liked the decor and the layout, including two enclosed meeting room spaces. There were a good number of not terribly comfy, sofa-like benches along with a few conversation areas set up. I tried a mocha and it hit the spot. All of the pastries seem to be gluten-free. I liked that they offered free ice water to customers.

The latte was o... read more I visited this restaurant on my way to work and ordered the Sugar Cookie latte. I'm not a coffee connoisseur, but I typically like sweet drinks. The latte was ok, but not sweet enough for my taste. However, I still enjoyed it. The interior of the restaurant is my favorite part - it is spacious, clean, and has different study rooms for groups or privacy. I will definitely come back to this place when I need to work at the office.
