Sat in the drive-thru for several minutes, no one took my order. Drove to window an employee saw me. Walked away without taking my order. Wait several minutes. Even honked. Never came back to take my order.
Everytime I come here and the old lady is there she is just the WORST ! utterly rude ALWAYS in a bad mood and she is just a good day killer it’s so bad me and my family usually go down to William d tate store from now on. Not sure what’s stuck up her butt
The fries are consistently soggy and undercooked, as if they’re trying to rush them out. The McFlurry machine is always out of order! I’ve only experienced good customer service from one woman—I'm not sure of her name, but she stands out as super friendly compared to the others.
I ordered a well-done quarter pounder, but it arrived undercooked. I returned it in-store and placed another order, but it still came back undercooked. Ultimately, I requested a refund and now I have to wait five days for the money to be credited back to my card.
I ordered tomatoes to be added to my spicy McChickens, but I received none at all. Additionally, the staff seemed to be slacking off in the drive-thru. I'm not sure who runs that place, but it’s seriously disappointing. I also ordered two Bacon McDoubles without mustard, ketchup, pickles, or onions, and they included all those ingredients instead. To top it off, one of the Bacon McDoubles didn't even have any bacon on it. This is really frustrating. If the team members don’t enjoy their jobs, they should consider leaving instead of being so negligent and incompetent. I tried to call to address these issues, but no one picked up. I will be reaching out to corporate about this, as I doubt the local team will care enough to resolve my concerns.
