I asked for chicken tacos with lettuce, sour cream, and cheese. Simple enough, right? Apparently not when the lady had added onions and peppers AND forgot the lettuce and cheese! I told her about the lettuce and she had a hard time understanding me because it?s apparently perfectly okay for her to take everyone?s order and expect to make it correctly despite hardly knowing English.

I waited for about 5 minutes before the lady finally approached me, but after acknowledging me, she went back to talking with her coworker. The owner had to remind them that there was a customer waiting. After that, the service declined even more, and her body language was terrible. I told her to keep the food and walked out. The owner was great—he personally made my food and apologized for her behavior. This was definitely more than just a language barrier; it was simply poor customer service.
