The first time that we went, the hostess took the order for the drinks after she saw the waitress hadn't come to our table yet! (This is great)! The waitresshad good customer service skills. We went late and they ran out of rolls but that's okay. The second time that we went, thewaitress was awesome again. She was a different one than the first time and our to go drinks were phenomenal. I was shocked butI can't complain about the service at this Cotton Patch. I tried the fried brisket. The sauce was right on point. I tasted themeat loaf and oh my God, the seasoning was better than ever. Keep up the great work!

Unfortunately, our recent family... read more We have always enjoyed Cotton Patch Cafe, especially their chicken fried steak and chicken, which were some of the best around. Unfortunately, our recent family order of this dish was disappointing and not worth the $100 we spent for three adults and two kids, without drinks or dessert. It seems this place has declined, as the food quality and portion sizes have diminished. Additionally, when we went to pick up our order, we were informed that the baked potato would take another 45 minutes! We chose a different side and told the hostess we would grab some drinks and wait at the bar. However, we were completely ignored for 10 minutes and didn’t even receive a greeting. Once we got home, we discovered we were missing items from our order. I called to request a partial refund or a gift certificate, and was told it would be processed in 5 to 7 days. After waiting with no refund, I called back and spoke to the manager on duty. The manager took down my concerns and assured me the general manager would call me back that day to discuss options. I never received that call, and at this point, they've lost me as a customer. If you're looking for quality food and service from Cotton Patch Cafe, you might want to consider another location.

The food was great and arrived quickly, and our waiter was very attentive. However, as the restaurant filled up, we felt a bit overlooked and had to ask for the check to be able to leave. But my son was happy, and that was the most important thing.
