We enjoyed a late lunch and dinner at the restaurant. The food was delicious and served promptly. Our server, Zachary, was very pleasant and attentive. Excellent job!
The restaurant appears to be declining; the portion sizes have shrunk, and the food quality has diminished. When we went to pick up our order, we were informed that our baked potato would take an additional 45 minutes. We decided to stay and wait at the bar, as the hostess suggested, but were completely ignored for ten minutes without even a greeting. Once we got home, we discovered several items missing from our order. I called to request a partial refund or possibly a gift voucher. I was told that the refund would be processed in 5 to 7 days, yet it never showed up. I followed up and spoke to the manager on duty, who acknowledged my concerns and assured me that the general manager would call me personally later that day to discuss my options. Unfortunately, I never heard back. At this point, I am officially done with Cotton Patch. If you’re looking for high-quality food and service, you might want to consider trying a different location.
