The drive-thru staff member was quite rude, and my cheeseburger arrived cold. The bun was wrinkled and resembled old leather. The milkshake was disappointing as well, lacking enough chocolate syrup and flavor. I paid $10.16 for two cheeseburgers and what was supposed to be one chocolate shake. The Hardee's in Grandy has some of the nicest people for employees. Several of them have been there for years, some for decades. IMO that says something special about the employees and Hardee's as a company. I'm happy to support them.
