If yo... read more I attempted to order sliders, but they informed me that they were out of bread. I then chose a different item, only to find out they were out of that too. If you can’t offer the menu items, I’m not sure why you’re open today. The staff member I spoke with was professional and apologetic; it wasn’t her fault.

Unfortunately... read more I recently visited the drive-thru on our way to the airport. The woman taking our order was quite rude, making us feel like we were bothering her. Unfortunately, we didn’t realize that our buffalo chicken slider was missing until we had already left, and we didn’t have time to go back. Additionally, the fries tasted as if the fryer oil hadn’t been changed in ages; they were inedible.

The mac and cheese I ordered was cold and solid. Overall, the food was just really bad.

To make... read more This was the most disappointing Arby's I've ever been to. My brisket sandwich was incredibly dry, almost like jerky, and there were no cups for sauces. To make matters worse, the sauce dispensers were empty. The floor was so greasy that walking without slipping was a challenge. On top of all that, the service was poor, which made the experience even more frustrating.
