We ordered a bucket that was supposed to come with three sides, but the employee rudely insisted it only included two, despite the sign clearly stating three in bold letters. When our food arrived, it was just tossed into the bag, and the chicken looked like it had been sitting out for a while. We received only two sides, no utensils, and not a single napkin. I will not be returning to this KFC.

However, I've noticed that they seldom provide enough spicy sauce or the pickles that come with the meal. Recently, the spiciness seems to be less intense, which is disappointing. I often find myself questioning why I keep returning to this restaurant. The only conclusion I can reach is that when they do get it right, it's absolutely fantastic and delicious!
